Raymond was born and educated in the UK and is a native English/Cantonese speaker. CMS clients will benefit from over 40 years experience and expertise in the offshore and financial services industry having worked as the Regional General Manager of OCRA Asia and with Prudential Assurance Company & Lloyds TSB in the UK.
I have lived and worked in Hong Kong for over 30 years, having previously worked in the UK. Almost everything I do has a cross-border or international element, often requiring tax, legal and financial expertise.
What value do we bring to our clients? I bring practical experience and direct involvement in IPO and SFC licensing applications, effective strategy and a sound knowledge of International Tax, Compliance and Regulatory procedures. I strongly believe delivering success to our clients is about mastering and fully understanding these core elements. That, in turn, is built on our staff training to command highly developed listening skills, possess extremely clear and concise writing abilities and develop empathetic relationships with clients. That is why we place particular value on face to face meetings with all our clients.
Ms. Cherry Fung

Cherry is a Fellowship member of the Chartered Institute of Chartered Secretaries (FCIS). She is responsible for our High Level corporate secretarial consultations, business development, compliance, corporate structuring and corporate governance matters. Cherry has over 18 years of experience and has worked in private commercial companies, listed companies and Ernst & Young Accountants. She holds a professional diploma in company secretaryship, a bachelor’s degree with first honours from the University of Sheffield and she also speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Ms. Charlie Yu
Company Secretarial Manager
Charlie is one of the longest serving members of our team with over 25 years of experience in corporate services operations. She specializes in corporate restructuring and offshore entity maintenance, bringing extensive knowledge of the HK Companies Ordinance, Legal insight and vast experience of international corporate frameworks. She is an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI), holding the dual designations of Chartered Secretary (CS) and Chartered Governance Professional (CGP).
She holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Corporate Governance having also completed the AML/CFT Certification Course.
Ms. Carol Ma
Client Accounts Manager
Carol is a qualified Accountant and her accounting team is responsible for the preparation and filing of Audited Financial Statements to meet the taxation and reporting requirements of the Hong Kong Tax Office. Carol speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Ms. Zoe Li
Business Development Director
Zoe was born in Shanghai and speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese. She graduated from Brighton Business School in the UK and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Clients will benefit from her 20+ years experience in corporate structuring, business re-engineering and offshore international trade.
Mr. Oliver Alistair Jarvis

CMS clients will benefit from his international experience having lived in the UK, Africa, Europe and Asia. Alistair specializes in advising international clients on corporate strategies, cross-border structures and global compliance procedures. He is responsible for advising and implementing Compliance, Due Diligence and Know Your Client (KYC) procedures across the CMS Group.
